Please read these terms of use carefully. By accessing our site or using our services, you acknowledge that you understand, agree, and are bound by these terms.

Return Policy

Deyès Beauty will not provide any refunds or accept any returns on our products for reasons that include, but are not limited to, hygiene, precaution and limiting exposure. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or your product has been damaged, please reach out to us with a detailed explanation, your name, order number and photo proof and we will do our best to accommodate you accordingly. 

 

Modification of Terms

At our discretion, Deyès Beauty may edit, add, or remove parts of this agreement. If we do make changes to these Terms of Use, we will make a reasonable effort to provide notice.

 

Prohibited Conduct

Acts such as spamming, fraudulate activity, using bots, or posting defamatory are unacceptable behaviors and there will be consequences if these rules are abused. You are solely responsible for your conduct while on our site, and agree to abide by all laws, contracts, intellectual property and third-party rights.

 

Booking Guidlines 

A deposit of 50% of your desired service is required in order to secure appointment. This deposit is credited towards your total. All deposits are non-refundable and non-negotiable.

If you cannot make it to your appointment, please notify me a minimum of 48 hours in advance so that adjustments can be made and your deposit can still be credited to your rescheduled service date. However, if you reschedule more than once, your deposit is null and void. Your remaining services’ balance can be paid in cash, zelle, cash app or apple pay upon arrival.
· A late fee of $15 will be added to your balance if you are 10 minutes late and if you are 30 minutes late, $30. If you are 30+ minutes late with no prior notice, your appointment will be cancelled and the deposit will be forfeited.
 

Termination

Deyès Beauty reserves the right to terminate access to our site and block future use of our services if we deem these Terms of Use have been violated.
