Monday to Friday:  11am to 7pm

Saturday: 11am to 8pm

Sunday: Closed

If you would like to book an early bird or a night owl appointment, which is an  appointment outside of business hours, a $30 additional fee will apply.

Booking Policy

Deposits and Payments:

A non-refundable deposit and/or retainer is required to secure your appointment

Balance must be paid via CashApp, Zelle, Apple Pay or Physical Cash

Rescheduling and Cancellations: 

If in any event you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us via website or email a MINIMUM of 24 hours in advance. If notified less than 24 hours in advance, your deposit/retainer will not be credited to your rescheduled appointment and your deposit/retainer is forfeited. You are offered one (1)  opportunity to reschedule your appointment. 

If you cancel your appointment, your deposit/retainer is forfeited.

Any client that does a no-show or same day cancellation forfeits their deposit/retainer and will be banned from booking any future services.

Please be on time for your appointment. If you are 10-20 minutes late to your appointment, a $15 late fee is added to your total balance. If you are 30 minutes late to your appointment, either A. a $30 late fee is added to your total balance, or B. your appointment is canceled.

Courtesy Rules:

Kindly keep in mind that no extra people are allowed to come with you to your appointment (No Exceptions)

Travel Services:

Travel services are an extra fee. Please inquire about travel services a minimum of 7 days in advance as the fee varies and to ensure schedule accomadations.

Safety Rules:

  Due to safety reasons, all clients must arrive to their appointment with a mask. Mask will be removed for makeup services only, and reapplied after servicing. If you are sick and/or have any symptoms of Cold, Flu, any COVID variant, please cancel your appointment. Please send proof of testing or healing attempt to avoid your deposit being forfeited.

If you are booking an eyelash extension service, you are required to truthfully fill out an eyelash consent form upon arriving to you appointment.

Additional Information:

Please arrive to your appointment with a clean, makeup free face and groomed eyebrows. If you would like to clean up your eyebrows with a razor, an additional $5 will be added to your balance.
